Local restaurants and shops list their menus on Laayo, and our own riders bring the order to your door. Laayo is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android phones on Google Play. Search for "Laayo" and install the app with the yellow and charcoal Laayo logo. You can also look around on the web. The Laayo website at [laayo.com.np](https://laayo.com.np) shows restaurants and menus, and a new web experience at new.laayo.com.np lets you browse restaurants, dishes and groceries in Birtamod and Damak. For placing and tracking orders, the app is the smoothest way today. ## How do I sign in? Open the app and enter your mobile number. Laayo sends a one-time code by SMS, you type it in, and you are signed in. There is no password to remember. New customers add their name once, and that is the whole sign-up. You can look around before signing in. To add food to your cart and order, you need to be signed in, so that the restaurant, the rider and our support team know who the order is for. Laayo asks for your location so it can show restaurants that deliver to you. You can use your phone's GPS or move the pin on the map yourself. A few tips that make deliveries smoother: - **Put the pin exactly on your gate or building.** Riders follow the pin, so the closer it is, the faster they find you. - **Add a landmark.** In our towns, "opposite the school" or "behind the temple" often helps more than a street name. - **Save your addresses.** Home, work and family addresses can be saved and picked again next time. If your pin is outside the areas we deliver to, the app tells you so. The home screen shows restaurants that deliver to your location, along with collections, offers and dishes people near you order often. You can: - **Search** for a dish or a restaurant. Search understands common spellings, so "chicken momo" and "chiken momo" both work. - **Filter** by things like rating, veg options or offers. - **Open a restaurant** to see its full menu, photos, reviews and whether it is open right now. Restaurants that are closed still show their menu, so you can plan ahead, but you cannot order until they open. ## How do I add items and check out? Tap ADD on a dish. Some dishes have choices, such as size or extra toppings, and the app asks before adding them. When you are ready, open the cart. At checkout you can: 1. Check your items and quantities. 2. Confirm the delivery address and add delivery instructions for the rider. 3. Apply an offer or coupon if one is available. 4. The cart shows the full bill before you pay, including item prices, delivery fee, any packaging charge and any discount, so there are no surprises at the door. ## What happens after I place the order? The restaurant receives your order and accepts it, the kitchen prepares it, a rider is assigned and picks it up, and the rider brings it to you. The app moves you to the tracking screen on its own, where you can see each step and follow the rider on the map once your food is on its way. You can chat with the restaurant, the rider or Laayo support from the order.
